The time-out value for enqueuing of an SMP
PDU after reception of an AMP or SMP
frame in which the A and C bits were
equal to 0, in units of 100
micro-seconds.
Implementors are encouraged to provide
read-write access to this object if that is
possible/useful in their system, but giving
due consideration to the dangers of
write-able timers.
