The number of octets transmitted to this address
of this protocol type since it was added to the
alHostTable (excluding framing bits, but including
FCS octets), excluding octets in packets that
contained errors.
Note that this doesn't count just those octets in the particular
protocol frames but includes the entire packet that contained
the protocol.
