The status of this entry in the
atmVpCrossConnectTable. This object is used to
create a cross-connect for cross-connecting
VPLs which are created using the atmVplTable
or to change or delete an existing cross-connect.
This object must be initially set
to `createAndWait' or 'createAndGo'.
To turn on a VP cross-connect,
the atmVpCrossConnectAdminStatus
is set to `up'.
