ipv6IfAdminStatus 1.3.6.1.2.1.55.1.5.1.9

The desired state of the interface. When a managed system initializes, all IPv6 interfaces start with ipv6IfAdminStatus in the down(2) state. As a result of either explicit management action or per configuration information retained by the managed system, ipv6IfAdminStatus is then changed to the up(1) state (or remains in the down(2) state). This object is obsolete. IPv6 does not have a separate admin status; the admin status of the interface is represented by IF-MIB::ifAdminStatus.
