Specifies the address used for a resolver lookup at a
remote host. The corresponding lookupCtlTargetAddressType
objects determines its type, as well as the function
that can be requested.
A value for this object MUST be set prior to
transitioning its corresponding lookupCtlEntry to
active(1) via lookupCtlRowStatus.
