The type of boolean comparison to perform.
The value at mteTriggerValueID is compared to
mteTriggerBooleanValue, so for example if
mteTriggerBooleanComparison is 'less' the result would be true
if the value at mteTriggerValueID is less than the value of
mteTriggerBooleanValue.
