Entries in the hpnicfSysBtmLoadTable are created and deleted using the hpnicfSysBtmRowStatus object. When a new row is being created and the number of entries is hpnicfSysBtmLoadMaxNumber, the row with minimal value of hpnicfSysBtmLoadTime and the value of hpnicfSysBtmFileType is none(2), should be destroyed automatically.
