IP RIP control. If this feature is enabled then IP
RIP packets will only be forwarded on ports, within
its VLAN domain, that have heard RIPs before. If
this feature is disabled then IP RIP packets seen by
a given port will be forwarded to all ports within its
VLAN domain.
