A unique value for each cluster to which this node
belongs. This value is calculated by taking the
last element of the corresponding hpmcClusterType
object ID, multiplying it by 2^16 (shifting this
value left 16 bits) and adding a 16 bit value
(ranging from 0 to 2^16-1) for the cluster instance.
