Additional information:
After telling the peripheral how many logical
channels will be used, the IIO card tells the printer the
value of the IfIndex for each channel. The IfIndex is used
as part of MIB-II. The values are saved by the peripheral
and reported when users request the value of
prtChannelIfIndex.
