An indication if this long-term storage device is readable and writable or only readable. This should reflect the media type, any write-protect mechanism, and any device configuration that affects the entire device. Refer to RFC 1514, Host Resources MIB, for more details. Additional information: This object can be set to write protect the mass storage device, even though the host resources MIB documents the object as read-only. Applications wanting to know if the mass storage device is writable should get this object. Applications wanting to change the read/write access of the mass storage device should set this object. If this object is set to write-protect while a file is being written to the mass storage device, the write-protect takes effect immediately and the new file doesn't appear in the file system. Returns <noSuchName> status if attempting to perform a Get on this OID with no mass storage device installed.
