A unique value for each file system local to this
host. The value for each file system must remain
constant at least from one re-initialization of
the agent to the next re-initialization.

Constant. The index is assigned by the
person controlling the printer object definition.
Returns <noSuchName> status if
attempting to perform a Get on this OID with no mass storage device
installed or if the file system has not been
initialized.
