Counts the number of times that the state machine
receives an EAP-Success message from the Authentication
Server (i.e., aSuccess becomes TRUE, causing a
transition from RESPONSE to SUCCESS). Indicates that
the Supplicant has successfully authenticated to
the Authentication Server.
