This value indicates the configured speed of the local interface. This parameter allows configuration of a specific speed and duplex setting, or allows configuration/enabling of Auto Negotiation/NWay. Selecting a specific speed (i.e. a value other than 1) implicitly disables Auto Negotiation/NWay.
