The state of the EIA signals at the router interface. The signals are designated as bits in this entry. If the signal is asserted, it is marked as a 1. If not asserted, it is marked as a 0. The state of each signal will be updated every second. Bits 0-15 are reserved for actual signal state. Bits 16-31 are reserved for indicating toggling of the signal. Toggling signals are indicated as a 1. Signals not toggling are indicated with a 0.
