If wfIpv6IfCircuit is zero and the tunnel
protocol type is IPv4 or ip4sa, this parameter contains
the remote IPv4 address of this interface's tunnel.
If this address is 0.0.0.0, this is interface to
an automatic tunnel, i.e. the destination address
of encapsulating header is derived from the
destination address of encapsulated packet.
