The desired identifier (interface token) for
this interface that is (at least) unique on
the link this interface is attached to. The interface
token is combined with an address prefix to form an
interface address. If no token value is configured
(the token length is zero), the interface token is
autoconfigured according to the rules of the link type
this interface is attached to.
