This parameter allows the user to configure the
time period which RIP will wait before timing out
a route. This time is typically 3 x the broadcast
timer. The default is 90 seconds with a maximum of
72 hours if DOR ( Dial Optimized Routing ) is not
configured. Otherwise it could be 6 weeks( 3628800 )
as maximum value and two weeks as default value
( 1209600 ).
