The value of this object identifies the individual
address screening list. There are at least one
individual address screen and at most s individual
address screens per SNI. The initial value of s is
defined to be 4. In the future more screening
lists per SNI may be allowed. The values of this
object correspond to the values of wfSmdsSwScrnIndex in
the wfSmdsSwScrnTable.
