A read-only variable, which defines the state of the
Errored Symbol Period Event indication of the OAM alarm
TLV indications as described in the [802.3ah]
clause 57.5.3. When true the device has an Errored
Symbol Period Event asserted. When false the Errored
Symbol Period Event is reset.
