This value specifies the mode of sending advertisement packet for VRRP v3.It has three configurable value: VRRP_PROTO_V3_SEND_V2_ONLY(1), VRRP_PROTO_V3_SEND_V3_ONLY(2) and VRRP_PROTO_V3_SEND_V3V2_BOTH(3).
