The way multicasts should forwarded on this
interface; not forwarded, forwarded as data
link multicasts, or forwarded as data link
unicasts. Data link multicasting is not
meaningful on point to point and NBMA interfaces,
and setting ospfv3MulticastForwarding to 0
effectively disables all multicast forwarding.
