This object indicates that the type of routes to be advertised when a device is in the Overload state:
null(0): indicates that no route type is specified.
external(1): indicates the imported external routes.
interlevel(2): indicates the leak routes.
externalandinterlevel(3): indicates the imported external and leak routes.
