Indicates the VLAN-based NS unicast function.
Options:
1. enable(1) -indicates that the NS unicast function is enabled.
2. disable(2) -indicates that the NS unicast function is disabled.
This leaf is optional for creating a VLAN service profile.
Default: disable(2)
