Allows to configure the limiting value for the maximum number
of packets that can be transmitted per second over this interface.
Setting this object to the value zero disables rate limiting on
this interface. The value that can be set for this object is
limited by the underlying hardware. The limit value must be low,
medium, or high.
(Notice : if the limit value is 0, it means unlimited.)
