Entries in the hh3cSysBtmLoadTable are created and deleted using the hh3cSysBtmRowStatus object. When a new row is being created and the number of entries is hh3cSysBtmLoadMaxNumber, the row with minimal value of hh3cSysBtmLoadTime and the value of hh3cSysBtmFileType is none(2), should be destroyed automatically.
