This table specifies information for switching
between LSP segments. It supports point-to-point,
point-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-point
connections. hh3cmplsLabelStackTable specifies the
label stack information for a cross-connect LSR and
is referred to from hh3cmplsXCTable.
