This field is deprecated. Specifies the maximum expected network jitter across the
IP network in increments of 125usec. This value defines
the size of the initial playout buffer required to
absorb the maximum expected packet delay across the
network. The minimum value is 40 (5msec) and the maximum
value is 400 (50msec), with a default value of 80 (10msec).
