This objects is used to enable or disable the F5 OAM loopback cells. Whenever
this object is set to enable, at least one F5 OAM loopback cell will be sent.
If the loopback timer is non-zero, then F5 OAM loopback cells will be
sent continuosly at the interval defined by the loopback timer to perform
a continuity test.
