This object is used to define the time between OAM F5 loopback cells. If
this object is set to zero, then a single F5 OAM cell will be sent every time
the sonusAtmOamF5Enable object is set to enable. If this obkect is non-zero,
then loopback cells will be sent continuously at the interval defined by this
object to perform a continuity test.
