This table contains status information about each ISUP access point
in the GSX9000 Switch node. ISUP Service Groups within the node can
can be configured before SS7 connections is physically attached to
the node. The remote ISUP user part may be unavailable or the SS7
links to the destination may not be connected or correctly configured.
Therefore, it is possible that an access point can be unavailable,
and is absent.
