The number of RIP packets received on the link which
were discarded because of source address errors.
This may indicate an IP address configuration error on
the link or the link of the router from which the RIP
packet was received. The error may also occur if the
link is connected to a physical network with multiple
logical IP networks. In the latter case a source
address error is not an indication of an IP address
configuration error.
