Enable/disable notifications filtering when the device is booting up. If enabled (set to nonzero) will trigger notification on device boot (initial sensor state change events). If disabled
(set to zero) will filter notifications on software boot on initial sensor status change events. This is useful to avoid false notifications on initial sensor status change events.
