markdscp(2) - mark IP DSCP field
markprec(3) - mark IP Precedence field
markcos(5) - mark 802.1p CoS field (first/only tag)
markcos2(6) - mark secondary 802.1p CoS field (inner tag)
This attribute is only valid if the value of
agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtEntryType is policeSimple(6),
policeSinglerate(7), or policeTworate(8).
