System boot force backup control:
off - On the next system reboot do not force the boot logic to
choose backup mode.
on - On the next system reboot force the boot logic to choose
backup mode.
Attempting to set this object to on(1) while the
juniSystemBootBackupConfigControl is set to none(2) will result in an
error.
