Each entry provides administrative control on VRF route targets for the router/VRF pair designated by the first and second indice of this table. The third indice identifies the route target. The parent router must exist in the usdRouterTable and the VRF router must exist in the usdRouterVrfTable before performing creation of the route target in this table.
