usdIsisCircLocalID 1.3.6.1.4.1.4874.2.2.38.1.2.1.1.3

An identification that can be used in protocol packets to identify a circuit. Implementations may devise ways to assure that this value is suitable for the circuit it is used on. LAN packets only have space for 8 bits. Values of usdIsisCircLocalID do not need to be unique. They are only required to differ on LANs where the Intermediate System is the Designated Intermediate System.
