This object indicates if the owner of this entry is Sparse mode
or Dense mode PIM. Owner is usually determined by the protocol
running on the incoming interface of the entry. In case
sparse-dense mode PIM is running on the incoming interface,
sparse-mode is the owner if RP for the group is known, else dense
mode is the owner.
