This object takes following different values based on the type of
next hop. It should be set to the address of RP in case the next
hop interface is register interface i.e. usdPimMRouteNextHopIfId
object is set to 0. It should be set to the address of neighbor
in case the interface is an NBMA interface. In all other cases
it should be set to the group address itself.
