its filtering decisions on the 64 byte data window. The
value '0' indicates that the window begins at the first
byte after the Ethernet MAC header. The largest value of
DataOffset is max_Enet_pkt - MAC header - window - 1
(1514 - 14 - 64 - 1 = 1435).
