lpDS3PlcpRxRaiAlarm 1.3.6.1.4.1.562.2.4.1.12.5.4.10.1.2

This attribute displays whether a PLCP Remote Alarm Indication (RAI) failure alarm state has been entered. An RAI failure alarm occurs when ten consecutive PLCP RAI bits (bit 5 in the G1 byte) are high on the incoming line. An RAI failure alarm is cleared when ten consecutive RAI bits are set to 0. Note: Some standards call this alarm RFI. The rxRaiAlarm attribute is always set to off when the DS3 or E3 component has been locked and left offline.
