This attribute specifies the time interval within which the rejected
speech calls, audio 3.1 kHz calls, and unrestricted 64 kbit/s calls are
monitored. It is used in the conjunction with the
speechAlarmThreshold, audio3kHzAlarmThreshold, and
unrestricted64kAlarmThreshold attributes.
