This attribute records the number of times that the bus tap was
unable to receive a frame from the bus because it did not receive the
last cell of the frame before the first cell of the following frame
from the same source. Each occurrence results in the loss of both
frames. This type of event may occur during normal operation of
the module, for example when a card reboots; it may also be caused
by a hardware fault.
The attribute's value wraps around to zero when it exceeds the
maximum permitted value.
