This attribute specifies the appropriate RFC 1490 encapsulated header of the frame. A value of 0 indicates no 1490 header. NOTE: This header resides in the first 8 bytes of the payload. If the specified value is non-zero, then the payload pattern provisioned will begin at the 9th byte.
