An event is defined as follows: (1) receipt of a STATUS ENQUIRY
message; or (2) expiration of timer T392. An error event is (1)
nonreceipt of STATUS ENQUIRY in T392 seconds; (2) invalid
contents of a LMI message; (3) invalid receive sequence number.
This attribute specifies the number of error events which, if they
occur within eventCount events, cause a protocol error condition.
The condition is cleared after eventCount sequential correct events
occur. This attribute corresponds to the nN2 parameter described in
the Vendor Forum Specification.
It must be less than or equal to eventCount.
