This attribute contains the most recent A-bit status sent to the
interface. The A-bit status is part of the LMI protocol, and indicates
the remote end's willingness to accept data from the local interface.
When an inactive setting is sent out, the Frame Relay service will
discard any data offered from the local interface. When an active
setting is sent out, the Frame Relay service tries to process all data
offered from the local interface.
