This attribute indicates the remote connection identifier. This
identifier is either a remote Atm Vpi.Vci logical channel number or a
remote Frame Relay Dlci logical channel number. The remote Atm
Vpi.Vci logical channel number is displayed as 'Vpi.Vci'. and the
remote Frame Relay Dlci logical channel number is displayed as
'0.remoteDlci'.
For NPVCs, this attribute is not diplayed.
