This attribute indicates the node id of the node at this level. The default node id is computed as follows: If this is the lowest level node, then the default node id is computed as the level (one octet), followed by the integer value 160 (one octet), followed by the node address (20 octets). If this is not the lowest level node, then the default node id is computed as the level (one octet), followed by the 14 octet peer group id of the child peer group which the LGN represents, followed by the ESI specified in the node address (6 octets), followed by the integer value 0 (one octet).
