This attribute counts the total number of packets that were discarded for this instance of FrDte. This is the sum of timedOutPkt, forcedPktDiscards, queuePurgeDiscards, pktThresholdExceeded, byteThresholdExceeded, mulThresholdExceeded and memThresholdExceeded. This counter will wrap around to 0 when it exceeds its maximum count.
