This attribute indicates the type of data link control that this LS is
associated. Possible types are:
sdlc - synchronous data link control
x25 - QLLC logical link control
tokenRing - IEEE 802.2 logical link control
llc2 - RFC1490 and IEEE 802.2 logical link control.
other - dlc type other than those listed above.
